Recently a bargaining unit member had a bad experience after having priovided feedback to a session that

she attended. The short story is that she was agressively pursued and asked to explain in written form

her comment. She felt bullied, betrayed and beaten. Please take note:

Standardized Course Outlines

It has come to our attention that faculty are being ordered to provide course outlines in a specific standardized format. We have been told that these course outlines can take about 20 hours to convert.

This is a reminder to all faculty that all work assigned must be recorded on the Standard Workload Form (SWF). You cannot be expected to do these revisions on an already full workload. If you are being asked to do this work – ask your supervisor to have it recorded on your current SWF. If he/she refuses then have them put the assignment in writing to you and then refer your workload to the workload monitoring group through an e-mail to Graeme Aubert or Mary Ann White. We will process your complaint through that process. You may indeed be entitled to overtime.
